If you have any questions or unique situations of which we need to be aware, please reach out to us by messenger, text or email. Those are the most expedient methods of communication.
Covid as well as the current political situation in Europe have seriously impacted production and shipping of the European blown glass ornaments that we collect. In 2022, ornament production struggled to meet collector demand. Shipments of both Soffieria De Carlini and Heartfully Yours™ arrived late and some styles were poorly crafted, orders were incomplete, and some were damaged.
As former collectors ourselves, we understand your frustration with delayed shipments, under-produced styles, as well as goods that fail to meet collector expectations. These are all issues over which we, as retailers, have no control.
Of course, you may return any ornament that fails to meet your expectations. However, please be aware that Celebrate365 may not be able to provide a replacement for your item. Once an item is marked "sold out" it is extremely unlikely that we might have an opportunity to order additional stock. This is especially true for Soffieria De Carlini and Heartfully Yours™.
Thomas Glenn Holidays seems more likely to have addiitonal stock available or to have additional quantities produced.
Note: Your order will not ship until all items in your items have arrived and can be shipped together.
SPECIAL NEEDS AND REQUESTS
Should you have special shipping needs, please use the website's contact form to request priority shipping for an additional charge. We can include a pre-formatted gift note if you are sending the ornament as a present. Likewise, we can omit sending a copy of the receipt inside the box.
Please provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, contact information, and mailing address so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We never see your credit card information online. All transactions are remotely encrypted.
INSURANCE
If your order value exceeds $50, we strongly urge you to purchase optional insurance to protect your items. As collectors, we realize how fragile these ornaments are. But if you've ever observed a shipper handle your precious cargo, you realize just what kinds of falls, jolts and conveyor jams your box might suffer while on its way to you.
While we rarely need to make a claim, things do happen ... freezing, air pressure fluxuations, rain and weather ... sometimes "things" just happen!
Please opt for insurance! Usually the cost is only $2.00 - $5.00 depending upon valuation.
Should our website miscalculate your shipping / insurance charges, we will refund any overage greater than $1.00 in the form of store credit.
PRE-ORDER REVISIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
Pre-ordering for new manufacturer designs are usually available online in late winter or early spring. Quantities are always limited. Pre-ordering allows Celebrate365 to allow as many collectors as possible to a chance to purchase these limited styles.
Once a pre-order is processed, consider the item yours. Please remember that we have no control over "when" the item will actually arrive.
No cancellations are permitted except to alter errors in your verified shipping or contact information.
PRE-ORDER RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with a pre-order item, returns are accepted up to 15 days after your item arrives. You (the buyer) are responsible for return shipping to Celebrate365. Refunds will be in the form of an exchange (if available) or as store credit.
WHEN THE UNTHINKABLE HAPPENS
BROKEN IN SHIPPING
Photograph outside of the shipping box for dents or damage. Photograph damage to the contents from several angles.
Save the box and packing materials. Sometimes, the shipping agency will ask for additional information or photos.
Celebrate365 will initiate the insurance claim. You might be asked to present the shipment to the post office or a local shipping office for in-person for additional inspection.
Once the shipping agent has approved the claim, Celebrate365 will ship a replacement, if available, or issue a refund.
If your purchase was NOT INSURED, Celebrate365 will only refund the amount of damages refunded by the shipper.
Please be aware that due to the delicate nature of these ornaments, we tend to over-pack and pad everything!
One Final Note About Italian Styles:
These styles often feature bits, pieces and embellishments that might shake loose during shipping or simply when sitting you in home. It's just the nature of the ornament! A white or clear-drying glue and a toothpick should reattached the errant piece as good as new. Sometime you might need to tighten the bond with a twist-tie until the glue sets up securely. Give the bond plenty of drying time!
The Italian workshop used hot glue to attach most things. We like a bit more control so we opt for the more precise application of a non-toxic child's glue.
Note that a number of these products include a small needle tip applicator. It is best to begin with a small dot and then add more if needed.
Glues might be "non-toxic" BUT Super Glues still might liquify ornament paint! Actually, simple Elmer's school glue or ELMERS Craftbond Quick Dry Glue works as well as anything.
MISDELIVERY or THEFT
All shipment include tracking information and you may follow your purchases' journey from the Dayton, Ohio area to its destination.
What to do when you read the your "package has been delivered to your "mailbox" or at your "front door" but it's not there? Please check with your neighbors or anyone with a similiar address in your area. These things do happen. Often a bit of detective work will solve the mystery.
In this kind of situation, the delivery service really need to hear from YOU. Often, they can directly contact the delivery person and resolve the issue. In rare cases, you might need to contact local police to report a theft. Remember that you have a payment receipt and tracking number to provide. And, if you have a Ring doorbell or outside cameras, take a look and be ready to take action.
I wish I could intercede on your behalf but I can certainly provide documentation on your behalf should your local agency need it.

RIGHT TO LIMIT QUANTITIES SOLD
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers or resellers.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
The following return and exchange policy applies only to purchases made directly from this website. Please use the website contact form or email to: connie@celebrate365.com to explain your reason for making a return.
- You may return or exchange any eligible item(s) within 15 days of receiving the purchase. (Date of receipt based upon shipment tracking)
- We will refund the amount paid for the item(s) minus the shipping that you paid on the invoice or the actual shipping cost Celebrate365 incurred
- You are responsible for any shipping fees to return or exchange the item(s).
- Pack your return item carefully and insure it with tracked shipping.
- Items should be returned in original box with tags etc.
