This whimsical creature has been a part of the De Carlini "design catalog" for generations. He's a simple "glow worm" wearing a red cap and a fringe of hair. His yellow face holds a huge smile. His torso is green with glitter gold buttons. His "feet" are glittered gold and so are his hands. He sports a jaunty red ribbon tie at his neck.
