Pre-Ordered items must be fully paid at the time of order.
PayPal's "Pay-In-Four" service is an option to divide your payments.
An individual may pre-order only ONE per style/color per style number/code.
For example, if there is an "assortment" of three variations/colors, you may
purchase one of each color or design. But, you will NOT be permitted to order
more than one of any style. While our online ordering software will allow you to
add those to your cart and process the order, the human being physically
processing your order will will delete the overage and place you on Santa's
"naughty" list!
SHIPPING:
If you place multiple orders, we are happy to combine your items into one larger
shipment and refund any overcharge.
If your order contains multiple items and you are eligible for free shipping:
Your order will not ship until all items in your items have arrived and can be
shipped together.
Should you have special needs, please use the website's contact form to request
priority shipping for an additional charge.

INSURANCE:
If your order value exceeds $50, we strongly urge you to purchase optional
insurance to protect your items. As collectors, we realize how fragile these
ornaments are. But if you've ever what a shipper handle your precious cargo,
you realize just what kinds of falls, jolts and conveyor jams your box might suffer
through while on its way to you.
While we rarely need to make a claim, things do happen ... freezing, air pressure
fluxuations, rain and weather ... sometimes "things" just happen!
Please opt for insurance!
And, should our website miscalculate your shipping charges, we will refund any
overage greater than $1.00.

PRE-ORDER REVISIONS OR CANCELLATIONS: None are permitted
except to alter errors in your verified shipping or contact information.
Once a pre-order is processed, consider the item yours. Please remember that
we have no control over "when" the item will actually arrive.

PRE-ORDER RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with a pre-order item, returns
are accepted up to 15 days after your item arrives. You (the buyer) are
responsible for return shipping to Celebrate365. Refunds will be in the form of
an exchange or as store credit.
