Christmas Is Coming … Bid for Charity

Private Dinner With Christopher Radko

It’s an ornament collector’s dream … a private one-on-one dinner and conversation with Christopher Radko. Although he is no longer personally involved in ornament design and manufacture, Radko is largely responsible for the resurgence of the glass ornament industry.

Christopher will host one lucky bidder to dinner at Scarletta’s in New York City.  In addition to dinner and conversation, the charity auction package includes a Radko signed ornament and a signed copy of his book, The Heart of Christmas. The auction proceeds are designated to Doctors Without Borders, an international humanitarian medical organization working in nearly 70 countries, including the United States. Christopher Radko Image

Here’s your rare opportunity — holiday lifestyle expert Christopher Radko’s undivided attention!  Get personal decorating advice, the story behind your favorite Radko ornament designs — and it’s for charity!

The auction package is valued at $1000.  Bidding ends Monday, December 19, 2011 at 2:00:00 PM EST.  To place your bid, visit charitybuzz.com/catalog_items/275161.

Christmas Cover, Front Christmas Cover, Back
The Holiday Issue is Coming … It’s at the printer in Erie, Pennsylvania with the final proof approved today.

Here’s sneak peek of the covers. Artist Michael Storrings created the art deco inspired cover illustration especially for this issue of Celebrate365. Santa flies through an art deco sky as his reindeer leap and bound, anticipating the task ahead. Non-traditional holiday hues –black, gray, white, gold, pink and fuchsia – lend a dreamlike quality and set the scene for the gift-filled morning to come.

Inside the Issue:

  • Meet Joellen Church, Landmark-Creations ornaments
  • Christopher Radko writes about how to decorate your dream tree.
  • All Decked Out for the Holidays, a century of change
  • Behind the Design with Maggie’s Memories
